Order and activate your HealthSaver card in minutes

Getting started with your HealthSaver just got a whole lot easier.

You can now request and activate your HealthSaver card directly in the Momentum App. No calls, no queues, no delays. Just a few quick steps and you are ready to go.

  • Request a new or replacement card straight from the app 
  • Follow simple, guided steps that take just minutes 
  • Activate your card instantly and set your passcode and PIN

No more contacting the support centre. You are in control.


1. Log in to the Momentum App 

Select the “Momentum Medical Scheme” tile


2. Go to the “Manage HealthSaver” section


3. Select “Order a card”


4. Confirm or update delivery details


5. Submit your request


Got your card? Activate it instantly

1. Go to the “Manage HealthSaver” section


2. Tap “Manage HealthSaver card”


3. Select “Activate now”

You do not need to wait to start using your funds.


4. Enter the last 4 digits of your card and the Pack ID (found on the card carrier)


5. Set your 6-digit passcode

Note: Use this to manage your card in the app


6. Set your PIN

Note: Use this when paying


7. Tap “Done”. Your card is ready to use


You are good to go!
